We’re bringing savory back! Oatmeal is such a versatile grain, and with just a few spices the traditional breakfast cereal can be transformed to meet any taste bud’s craving. Enter Taco Tuesday. There’s no need to miss out on one of the most festive food days. Turn your breakfast into a fiesta that you and your waistline can enjoy weekly!
Ingredients
- ¼ tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. oregano
- Salt/pepper—to taste
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup Coach’s Oats®
- 2 eggs
- Cheese
- Salsa
- Avocado
- 1 slice bacon
- Greek yogurt (in place of sour cream)
Instructions
- Cook oats and water as directed (use microwave or prepare on stove). Stir in spices. In a small pan, scramble two eggs or egg whites on medium heat. Top oats with bacon, desired toppings and serve. ¡Olé!
