Another classic breakfast recipe with the Coach’s Oats twist. Our original Oatmeal Pancake recipe:
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Coach’s Oats®
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, vanilla, milk and water.
- Add liquid to dry ingredients. Stir mixture until well blended.
- Pour ¼ cup batter into a hot, lightly greased griddle for each pancake. Cook both sides until golden brown.
- Makes 16-18 pancakes

Are the Coach’s Oats raw or cooked in the Oatmeal Pancakes recipe on the bag of oatmeal? It doesn’t say and I really want to make them. My daughter and I love your Oats.

The oatmeal does not to be cooked in this recipe.Just simply use 1 cup and use as recipe directs. Happy breakfasting 🙂
I’ve taken to pre soaking in either milk or buttermilk(half your liquid), if you use buttermilk they poof up super tall and might need a minute or two in a preheated oven to finish. You’ll also need to add a little bit more liquid to get the right consistency, another third of a cup here in the 0% humidity desert 🙂
