I love any reason to celebrate. Any holiday, big or small, is always a chance to celebrate and to live in the moment; besides being festive, it just makes everything more fun. This week is super exciting because we have two holidays, Cinco de Mayo and Mother’s Day. Even better is this fabulous oatmeal dish that can be used to celebrate either one.

The simple combination of cinnamon and sugar brings all the flavors of a churro to your taste buds.
