Holidays meet the Coach’s Oats Cookie! We made an easy adaptation to our original cookie recipe to make your baking more festive. We added dried cranberries and white chocolate chips, and viola! Holiday flare. Now excuse us, we’ve decked our kitchen; it’s time to go to the rest of the halls. Happy baking!
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 cups Coach's Oats
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer for 30 seconds.
- Add sugars, salt, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and half the flour. Beat until thoroughly combined.
- Beat in remaining flour.
- Fold in oats, cranberries and chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded teaspoons on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool cookies on a wire rack. Enjoy.
