Makes about 2 dozen energy bites.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Coach’s Oats®
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup almond butter
- ⅓ cup honey (or pure maple syrup)
- ¾ tsp. pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.
- Add almond butter, syrup or honey and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
- Roll mixture into small 1 inch balls. Place balls on cookie sheet.
- Chill for at least 4 hours to allow bites to set up.
- Store in a container with lid and keep refrigerated until ready to eat.

Julia, thank you for stopping by. Unfortunately, we do not have the calorie counts on our recipes. However, I know there a bunch of online calculators that can work with recipes. My Fitness Pal, works for a lot of fans.
I might make these for my kids. They either skip their breakfast or barely finish their breakfast, and that makes me worry so much. I don’t want them to get their lunch from school because I have heard of food poisoning.

I used regular mini chocolate chips .. pure maple syrup .. peanut butter .. and left out the raisins.
