Although September is almost over, it is Better Breakfast Month and there is still time to make your breakfasts better. After hours of fasting during the night, your body needs the fuel to get jump-started for the day. If breakfast is already part of your morning routine, now is the month to make it better.
Be sure to include in your breakfast a protein and carbohydrate option. Including protein with carbohydrates helps to slow the rate at which the carbs are digested. The balance of the two will help you stay full longer. Keep Coach’s Oats as part of your better breakfast. Try having some oatmeal:

my breakfast combination always follow:lean protein, complex carbohydrate & healthy fat sources and whatever fruit I have on hand.
salmon or tuna on rye bread sandwich . (mind you I really don't like fish but I eat it)
cottage cheese & avocado paste on wholemeal roti
oatmeal topped with cinnamon & dried fruit, side of a cooked egg
