
Every day we receive emails from fans. Many are questions or comments, but my favorites are the recipes. I love when fans tell us how they use Coach’s Oats® uniquely or incorporate them in a recipe. The recipe below was emailed to us from a fan. Boy, is it mouthwatering! It’s like homemade candy. And, it is super easy to make. I can’t wait to play around with flavors and try different layers. Do you have a favorite recipe that includes Coach’s Oats®?
Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup chocolate chips (we used dark chocolate)
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup Coach’s Oats®
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 can condensed milk (we used non-fat)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine butter and graham crackers into an 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Press graham crackers into butter and form the crust (graham crackers will not absorb all the butter). Layer the remaining ingredients on top of the crust in order listed. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
