It’s easy, has only five ingredients, and you can add-in, dress-it-up or top in endless ways. Bake this recipe before that crazy Monday morning and breakfast will be an effortless meal for the week.

Five Ingredient Baked Oatmeal
- 2 cups Coach’s Oats
- 2 overripe bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups milk (cow, almond, soy, rice, etc.)
-Add-ins we used:
- dark chocolate chips

Mash bananas and mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread into 9×13″ lightly greased baking dish. Scatter desired add-ins on top. Bake 45 min. at 375.
