Emily Judd is a mom, a certified nutrition and health coach, Pilates teacher, and fitness specialist. She also holds a certification as a postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and is passionate about helping postpartum women regain their strength and confidence.
Emily has an extensive background in dance and movement, and continues to broaden her knowledge of movement and the body. Emily began her journey in wellness to overcome personal battles with never feeling good enough, anxiety and disordered eating patterns. Through a love of movement and an insatiable desire for knowledge in health and wellness, Emily started on a new path to feeling good inside and out. It is her hope to inspire and share her knowledge with her clients to set them on the same path.
