Unlike the previous delicious recipe we posted, these treats require no baking. Our latest creation is an ooey-gooey, chocolaty, decadent taste of heaven. The best part is you can enjoy this no-bake cookie without too much guilt. So go ahead, whip up a batch of these treats and let us know what you think.

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup canola oil
- 5 Tbsp. dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup all natural peanut butter
- 1 cup Coach’ Oats®
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine first four ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes (stirring constantly!).
- Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; mix until well combined. Scoop large soup-spoon spoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet. (Optional: At this point you can top the cookies with desired ingredients — we used chopped pecans). Allow to cool at least 30 minutes in fridge.
