Speaking of holidays, Halloween is this weekend and you might be surrounded with candy and other sweet treats to tempt you all day. One of the best tips to avoid over-eating and to stay on track is to eat breakfast. Get into the spirit and make your breakfast a festive and fun treat. Try the recipe below and enjoy the spooky flavors in a warm bowl of oatmeal.

- Cook oats and banana as you usually do (I use a microwave). Once oatmeal is cooked, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Make your oatmeal festive and top with raisins. Or we used Boo-berries!

*Want to enjoy all the flavor of pumpkin pie, but don’t want all the calories. A cool trick is adding pumpkin butter to plain Greek yogurt like Fage® and mixing well. It will be one time you will like to be called a cheater-cheater pumpkin eater!
