Grab a bag of Coach’s Oats® Oatmeal, a few ingredients and your waffle iron! This recipe yields hearty homemade oatmeal waffles perfect for a weekend breakfast.

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups Coach’s Oats®
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- n a large bowl, combine flour, Coach’s Oats®, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir until blended.
- Pour mixture into waffle maker and cook to manufacturer’s instructions.
