Coach's Oats Hooligan Pancakes

1 cup Coach’s Oats Multigrain Pancake Mix
1 cup milk (cow, soy, almond, etc.)
¼ cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl combine mix, milk and eggs. Pour melted butter in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour mix over melted butter. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Cut and enjoy.
