1 cup butter
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup Coach’s Oats®
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
¾ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 350°. Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon to butter and combine. In a separate bowl combine flour, oats, salt and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans. Spoon dough onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden.
