Kim Lee from Kim’s Cravings is back with another enticing recipe. Are the kids in the room? You may want to hide them because they are about to find out they can have chocolate for breakfast.
Just as her previous recipe harnessed the flavors of a blueberry muffin, this oatmeal creation is like eating a chocolate brownie by the spoonful.
One of the many reasons we love Coach’s Oats® so much is because of their versatility. As does Kim:
“I love changing up my oats with whatever flavors I’m craving. Some of my favorite add-in ingredients to have on hand are:
- chia seeds,
- flax seeds,
- Greek yogurt,
- vanilla extract,
- unsweetened almond milk,
- protein powder,
- dried and fresh fruit,
- nuts and seeds,
- and granola.”

Wow! These all look so good. For about a year now I’ve been eating oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon, ginger, and a couple of other fruits each day for variety. This afternoon a friend told me about Coach’s Oats, how good they are so I looked them up. I am going to try them soon. Glad I can get them locally.
That is so great! Let us know what you think!
