Preparation
- 10 Minutes
- Yields about 2 cups (2 servings) of oats
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Coach’s Oats®
- 1, 5.3 oz Container Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ½ Cup Milk/Milk Substitute
- ½ Cup Frozen Berries
Instructions
- Stir ingredients and let sit overnight in refrigerator
- For best results, let oats sit at least 6 hours
- Stir oats again and enjoy

I am a little confused on the Yogurt. 1, 5.3 oz???

A single serve yogurt is roughly 5.3 oz. You can also use about 1/2 cup of yogurt.
