Create a spooktacular breakfast this weekend and get a jump-start on meal planning for the week. We’ve posted before about the convenience of baked oatmeal and how easy it is to have on hand to cut and reheat later. Now we’ve “pumped” things up and brought another dimension of flavor and fiber to the dish by adding pumpkin.
Spookified Oatmeal: Use rounded cookies (such as Milanos or dipping cookies) and cut in half or to preferred height. Insert cookies into oatmeal to create “tombstones”. Use raisins to outline the graves or place throughout as bugs or dirt.
