Baked oatmeal bites allow you to snack cleanly, as this recipe has no butter, flour or added sugar. Each bite delivers wholesome tastiness gathered from the natural flavors and sugar in fruit. If you’re in the mood for a baked good, but are cutting back on sugar, fat or gluten, this is an easy go-to treat. To make this recipe even better, the mix also works as a cookie or muffin!
Ingredients:
2 cups Coach’s Oats®
3 mashed ripe bananas
1/3 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix ingredients in large bowl.
3. Scoop mix onto prepared cookie sheet or muffin tins.
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
