After a few months off for summer, breaking into a new morning routine can be hectic. Adjusting to new schedules, earlier wake up times and racing against the clock become the norm while heading back to school. Time management is key. Meal prep and easy grab-and-go recipes are necessities. You don’t want to rush out the door or send the little ones off without a quality meal to jump-start their day. Oatmeal bites will make your mornings a breeze.
These easy-to-make, no-bake bites are a cinch to prepare. They are portable, snackable and adaptable. The base for our three flavors are our hearty whole grain oats and pureed dates for sweetness.
